在垂直和水平方向提供高水平的减振性能，适用于低速轻负载运动平台。

THO系列减振器采用两室系统，用气管将两室相连接。两室结构能够有效衰减传递到设备的振动，使装载附件的设备所需稳定时间降低。
如需要较高的水平度，可将精密(士0.05mm)调平阀门安装在减振器上。

Product introduction

THO series provides high-level vibration isolation performance in both vertical and horizontal direction, it is suitable for moving platform of low velocity and light load.

THO series adopt dual chamber system connected by air tube, which can effectively reduce the vibration transmitted to the equipment, thus shorten the settling time.

Precision leveling valves are needed to install on the isolator if high levelness is required.
